Terms and Conditions of Mauri’s Easter Promotion 2025

Participation in the Mauri Easter Promotion (the Promotion) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Promoter: Mauri, a division of George Weston Foods Ltd, ABN 45 008 429 632, Level 2, Building A, 11 Talavera Road, North Ryde NSW 2113.

Period of Promotion: between 24 February 2025 to 24 April 2025, inclusive, or until stock of the Products lasts.

Terms of the Promotion: any Eligible Customer purchasing a Bun Mix Deal and/or a Flour Deal during the Period of Promotion shall receive a Free Prize. Each Eligible Customer is limited to receiving one (1) Easter Gift Pack (which includes Bun Bags and Stickers) (SKU 104183) only during the Period of Promotion. For completeness, this limitation applies regardless of how many Bun Mix Deals and/or Flour Deals are purchased by the Eligible Customer.

Bun Mix Deal: A Bun Mix Deal applies in the following circumstances:

(a) Customer buys ten (10) Bun Bread Mix (SKU 86002) and at least one (1) White Cross Mix (SKU 80576) in one transaction (the First Bun Mix Deal); and

(b) After purchasing the First Bun Mix Deal, if the same Customer buys ten (10) Bun Bread Mix (SKU 86002) in one transaction.

Flour Deal: A Flour Deal applies in the following circumstances:

(a) Customer buys ten (10) 12.5kg flour bags[1] and at least one (1) White Cross Mix (SKU 80576) in one transaction; and/or

(b) Customer buys five (5) 25kg flour bags[2] and at least one (1) White Cross Mix (SKU 80576) in one transaction.

Free Prize: the nature of the Free Prize depends on whether a Bun Mix Deal or Flour Deal has been purchased:

(a) for each Bun Mix Deal purchased, at the Customer’s choice (depending on stock availability), the Customer receives one (1) free:

(i) Easter Gift Pack (which includes Bun Bags and Stickers) (SKU 104183)[3];

(ii) Bun Bread mix (SKU 86002); or

(iii) Mixed Spice mix (SKU 40563).

(b) for each Flour Deal purchased, at the Customer’s choice (depending on stock availability), the Customer receives one (1) free:

(i) Easter Gift Pack (which includes Bun Bags and Stickers) (SKU 104183)[4];

(ii) 12.5kg flour bag[5],or

(iii) Mixed Spice mix (SKU 40563).

Products: means the relevant Mauri products that are part of the Promotion, as are available and in stock during the Period of Promotion.

How to participate in the Promotion: Customer must contact their Mauri Account Executive or Mauri’s Customer Services Team on 1800 649 494 to confirm eligibility, availability of Product/s and Free Prizes, and to organise initial order and delivery of the Bun Mix Deal and/or Flour Deal.

Eligible Customer: any bakery or manufacturer customer who orders direct from Mauri are eligible for this Promotion. Distributors are expressly excluded.

Exclusion of Liability: Promoter assumes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected delivery of the Products.  If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any customer who fails to comply with these terms and conditions, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: failure to adjudicate eligibility correctly in respect of any customer; unavailability or failure to deliver the Product, provided all reasonable endeavours have been carried out by the Promoter; or any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees or contractors in relation to entry into this promotion or supply of the Product to any customer.

Intellectual Property: participation in this promotion does not entitle the customer, or any person, to use any of the Promoter’s intellectual property rights (including any trade mark or content) for any purpose.

Other T&Cs applicable: in addition to the above, Mauri’s terms and conditions of supply apply to the supply of the Product, as [accessible here https://www.gwf.com.au/customer-information/ or as annexed to this document]. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions, these terms and conditions take priority.
