California Blondie Mix
MAURI California Blondie Mix is a blonde mudcake without the cocoa. The mix can be used as a base for white, chocolate and caramel mud cakes.

Method
Step 1 Method (Cake)
Combine all ingredients on low speed using a beater and mix for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Bake at 170°C-180°C. Allow cake to cool thoroughly before coating with white or flavored ganache.
Step 3 Scaling
650g (for 7” tin) or 100g for mini white mudcake.
Step 4 Method (Ganache)
Heat cream to boiling point.
Step 5
Remove from heat and add white chocolate.
Step 6
Mix until smooth.
Step 7
Decorate as desired.
