Chocolate Mudcake Mix

MAURI Chocolate Mudcake Mix is an easy to use and extremely versatile product. Use it to make rich, chocolate mud cakes and brownies.

Basic Recipe

Cake Margarine0.100kg
Hot Water0.400L
Dark Chocolate 0.10kg
Dark Chocolate2.000kg


Step 1 Method (Cake)

In a mixing bowl, melt margarine and chocolate in hot water.

Step 2

Add MAURI Chocolate Mudcake Mix. And beat for 3 minutes on low speed.

Step 3

Scale as desired and bake at 160°C until baked.

Step 4

Allow to cool and cover with Ganache.

Note: For a dense Mudcake, increase chocolate.

Step 5 Method (Ganache)

Bring cream to the boil. Pour over chocolate and mix until well combined.
