Hedgehog Mix

MAURI Hedgehog Premix is a delicious chocolate slice, full of biscuit pieces.

Basic Recipe

IngredientsWeight (kg or L)
MAURI Hedgehog Premix 4.000kg
Butter (approximately)0.750kg
Water (approximately)0.450L

Method

Step 1

Melt butter. Add to other ingredients.

Step 2

Mix on low speed until evenly mixed.

Step 3

Press into standard baking tray.

Step 4

Bake at 180ºC-190ºC for approximately 15 minutes.

Step 5

Ice with chocolate fudge or similar.

Step 6

Cut as required into fingers.
