MAURI Hedgehog Premix is a delicious chocolate slice, full of biscuit pieces.
|Ingredients||Weight (kg or L)|
|MAURI Hedgehog Premix||4.000kg|
Melt butter. Add to other ingredients.
Mix on low speed until evenly mixed.
Press into standard baking tray.
Bake at 180ºC-190ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
Ice with chocolate fudge or similar.
Cut as required into fingers.
