NCF Utility Cake Mix

Natural Colours and Flavours Utility Cake Mix is the new and improved utility cake mix free from artificial colours and flavours. MAURI NCF Utility Cake Mix is an extremely versatile premix that offers the flexibility to produce a wide range of cakes.

Basic Recipe

Water0.400L

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Using a whisk, blend on low speed for 1 minute, scrape down.

Step 3

Whisk on high speed for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Whisk on medium speed for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Scale off as required.

Step 6

Bake at approximately 170°C.
