MAURI Cake Donut Mix is a versatile, close textured cake donut mix, pleasantly flavoured with a hint of spice. Formulated for automatic donut robot machines and all other donut frying equipment to give minimum fat absorption.
Basic Recipe

Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute.
Step 2
Mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
Step 3
Rest batter for 10 minutes before frying at 190°C.
Note: For best results adjust water temperature to give finished batter of 20°C-22°C.
