Basic Recipe

MAURI Velvet Vanilla Slice Mix1.000kg
Cold Water1.000L
Boiling Water2.400L

Method

Step 1

Add MAURI Velvet Vanilla Slice Mix to cold water and stir until smooth.

Step 2

Add the smooth mix to boiling water while stirring.

Step 3

Bring back to vigorous boil.

Step 4

Cool the custard and pour onto prepared pastry sheets.
