The BAA host many state based events to assist and promote this wonderful industry. The very first major event for 2019 will be Australia’s Best Hot Cross Bun to held in conjunction with the BAA Vic. Bakery owners and industry participants travel from all over Australia for what is known as the bakers weekend at Shepparton. The 2 day event includes industry forums, workshops and live judging of the baking show. Its an action packed weekend that will also inlcude a dinner and casual Sunday breakfast.
Newcastle Baking Show
The BAA NSW conduct several events each year in conjunction with the National Body BAA. These events such as the regional baking shows are used as a major networking tool for everyone in the industry.
