MAURI White Cross Mix is a complete mix formulated to give a consistent, bold white cross on hot cross buns. It is easy to prepare just mix with oil and water.
Basic Recipe

Method
Step 1
Place cold water in bowl and add the MAURI White Cross Mix.
Step 2
Mix until smooth paste is obtained.
Step 3
Cover until required to prevent a skin forming.
Step 4
Pipe onto buns and bake as required.
